Job Description:
Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in online operations management.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and excellent user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve online operations and drive business growth. - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize online performance. - Monitor website traffic and user behavior to make data-driven decisions. - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth operation of online services. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve online operations.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in online operations management. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Resourceful and confident in making decisions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of web analytics tools and online platforms.
