Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Costco is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day operations of our remote team.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the remote team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard - Manage schedules and coordinate projects with team members - Provide support to team members as needed, helping to troubleshoot any issues that may arise - Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and projects are progressing as planned - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and project management - Assist with hiring and training new team members as needed - Contribute to the overall success of the team by fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements: - Motivated and resilient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
