Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Wisr is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. The Remote Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting with various operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of our remote operations. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the efficient running of remote operations - Manage communication between team members and remote workers - Coordinate schedules and calendars for remote workers - Assist with onboarding and training of new remote team members - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to remote operations - Provide administrative support to the remote operations team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of remote operations with overall company goals

Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
