Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Hanesbrands is seeking a motivated and resilient Operations Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a part-time, work from home position at an entry level seniority, requiring at least 1 year of experience. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business processes.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities remotely - Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership - Assist in managing inventory levels and supply chain operations - Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency - Help develop and implement operational strategies and procedures - Support the team in identifying and resolving operational issues - Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience in people management is a plus - Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting
