Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

WestRock is looking for a remote Operations Associate to join our team based in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business operations. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily operational activities, including data entry, report generation, and communication with internal teams - Work closely with managers to ensure operational objectives are met - Perform research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the operations process - Assist in the development and implementation of new operational strategies - Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold operational standards

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Time management and teamwork soft skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
