Operations Manager

Job Description:

Health Net, a leading healthcare provider in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational workflows and achieve organizational goals - Manage a team of employees, providing leadership, guidance, and support - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication - Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead a team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
