Operations Manager

Job Description:

As an Operations Manager at Mattel in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our business. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained - Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and agreements - Oversee logistics, including shipping, receiving, and distribution of products - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve company objectives - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall business strategy - Handle any operational issues or emergencies effectively and efficiently

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Knowledge of supply chain management principles - Experience with budgeting and financial analysis - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
