Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Personal Assistant to join our team at Hess in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize the executives' schedules and appointments - Handle and screen phone calls and emails - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents - Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed - Maintain electronic and paper filing systems - Handle confidential information with discretion - Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements: - No prior experience required; training will be provided - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High level of emotional intelligence - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Must have a reliable internet connection - Must be available to work during standard business hours
