Job Description - Personal Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


United Continental Holdings is seeking a motivated and resourceful Personal Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Perth, Western Australia. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives, helping to ensure the smooth functioning of their daily operations.


Responsibilities: - Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings - Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Making travel arrangements and organizing itineraries - Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations - Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed - Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and motivated personality traits - Strong innovation and time management skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
