Job Description:
Genuine Parts is currently seeking a passionate and resilient Secretary to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a key member of the team, the Secretary will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities: - Answering and directing phone calls - Managing schedules and appointments - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Drafting correspondence and reports - Handling incoming and outgoing mail - Assisting with event planning and coordination - Providing support to executives and other team members as needed - Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
