Job Description:
Sysco in Adelaide, South Australia, AU is currently seeking a part-time Secretary to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling mail - Prepare and edit documents and reports for meetings and presentations - Maintain confidential files and records - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Assist with event planning and coordination - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations - Provide support to senior management as needed - Perform general office duties as required
Requirements: - Independent and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of innovation and problem-solving - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with office management software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 - Familiarity with basic accounting principles
