Job Description:
As a Remote Virtual Assistant at NEXTDC, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team based in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time role at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant.
Responsibilities: - Managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments - Handling phone calls and taking detailed messages - Organizing electronic files and documents - Coordinating travel arrangements and expenses - Assisting with event planning and logistics - Conducting research and compiling reports - Providing support for various ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements: - Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and enthusiastic about providing support to a dynamic team
