Job Description:


Franklin Resources is seeking a Virtual Assistant to work from home in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of relevant experience. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, handling various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.


Responsibilities: 1. Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members. 2. Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conducting research and compiling information as needed for projects or presentations. 4. Assisting with data entry, file management, and document preparation. 5. Coordinating with external stakeholders, such as clients and vendors, to facilitate communication and scheduling. 6. Providing general administrative support, including ordering supplies, managing expenses, and other duties as assigned.


Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful individual who can work independently and proactively. 2. Strong presentation and planning skills to effectively manage tasks and projects. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. 6. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
