Job Description - Virtual Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a motivated and independent Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Sydney, New South Wales, AU. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and possess the personality traits of being driven and self-reliant.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives - Conduct research and prepare reports as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls - Assist with event planning and organization - Perform general office tasks such as data entry and filing - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be innovative and capable of making decisions on behalf of the team
