Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job description:

Masco is seeking a passionate and independent Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our account managers and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with maintaining client accounts and records - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Prepare reports and provide analysis on account performance - Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams - Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
