Job Description - Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


CBS is seeking a talented and passionate Account Support Associate to join our team as a remote worker in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns through email, phone, and other communication channels. - Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving billing issues, and updating account information. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. - Handle client escalations and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Assist in the creation of reports and analysis to track client performance and trends. - Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for improving customer experience and operational efficiency.


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. - Creativity and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. - Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and organization. - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems. - Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
