Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Discover Financial Services is seeking a dedicated and resilient Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively - Utilize negotiation skills to address any client concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions - Develop creative strategies to meet client goals and objectives - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance metrics - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism - Excellent negotiation skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate - Willingness to undergo training and professional development - Ability to work paid overtime as needed
