Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


AutoNation is seeking a dedicated and passionate Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve their experience and drive business growth - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow accounts by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients to track progress and results - Respond to client feedback and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account management processes - Prioritize quality in all aspects of work, products, and services to deliver exceptional results for our clients


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide valuable insights - Passionate and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
