Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely from Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This position is suited for individuals at a mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of relevant experience in account management.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships - Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor account performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement - Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on account activities and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in account management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at various levels - Resilient and passionate about delivering results - Excellent teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
