Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Xerox is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This position is of mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in account management.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries and issues - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver solutions that meet client needs - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Prepare regular reports on account activity, sales forecasts, and budget variances - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding sales targets - Confident and passionate individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Innovative thinker with a high level of attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Availability to work part-time hours remotely
