Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

As an Account Support Manager at Kraft Heinz, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key accounts in the Brisbane, Queensland area. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies and initiatives. 3. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 5. Provide support and guidance to account executives and sales teams to achieve sales targets. 6. Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns. 7. Manage account budgets and forecast sales projections accurately.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely. 4. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 5. Project management and leadership skills. 6. Proven experience in account management in the food industry. 7. Knowledge of retail and food service channels.
