Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Yum Brands, a global leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team remotely in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, resourceful, possess excellent people management and project management skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Account Manager in maintaining and growing client accounts - Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and reports for clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in planning and executing client events and promotions - Conduct market research and analysis to support client strategies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously - A proactive and solution-oriented mindset - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus
