Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Account Support Officer to join our team at Time Warner. This is a remote work position based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, with part-time hours and entry-level seniority.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts - Assist with preparing and maintaining client documentation - Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates - Assist with resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Contribute to the development of creative solutions to meet client requirements - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong teamwork and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and in a team setting
