Job Description - Account Support Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


MGM Resorts International is looking for a passionate and resilient Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, this role requires no prior experience, just a strong willingness to learn and grow within our company.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with account management tasks, including data entry, updating client information, and generating reports - Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and upselling efforts - Utilize problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the account management process - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure all needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded


Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and account management - Resilient in the face of challenges and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Experience with project management is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
