Job Description:
AECOM is seeking a talented Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support. - Manage client accounts, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients. - Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. - Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client needs. - Handle any client complaints or issues with professionalism and a proactive approach. - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client accounts and performance metrics. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. - Resilient and dedicated personality traits. - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
