Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rockwell Collins is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This position will be remote, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for an Associate Level candidate with at least 2 years of experience in account support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Work closely with the sales team to maintain strong client relationships and address any customer concerns - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and strategies to meet customer requirements - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training on our products and services - Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics, customer feedback, and best practices - Stay informed on industry trends and developments to better serve our customers

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
