ADMINSTRATION ASSISTANT - Part-Time

Our client is a leading supplier of fuel to Western Australia. The position is in the Kwinana Beach Depot. They supply fuel to to a variety of industries including mining, resources, agriculture, transport marine and aviation. Services include bulk fuel supply, Oils and lubricants, Fuel equipment, Fuel cards and expert advice on fuel management and health and safety issues. Our client is looking for a temp to commence 1 day per week, commencing asap with a possibility to increase hours. BENEFITS

ESSENTIAL

• Expertise in SAP
• Minimum 3 years experience in Admin roles
• Tertiary qualifications in Bus Admin (Desirable)
• Current Drivers licence
• Excellent customer service
• Knowledge of Navison (Desirable)
• Demonstrated knowledge of stock management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft
• Attention to detail
• Numerical literacy
• Flexibility to work the hrs as per business requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain workplace with safety as a priority
• Comply and support Quality Management System
• Support the Senior Terminal Manager as required
• Manage stock
• Prepare weekly customs report
• Reconcile ship imports
• Provide customer with TMS reports
• Ensure all HSE guidelines are being met
• Assist in data entry on SAP
• Coordinate training of terminal staff and associated reporting
• Manage contractor inductions
• Monthly KPI reporting
• Manage purchase orders
• Manage invoicing
