Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Health Net, a leading healthcare company based in Sydney, New South Wales, is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Call Center Associate to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level team member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their healthcare needs.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from clients and provide assistance with inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in the company database - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions for clients - Stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to clients - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and offer personalized solutions - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Must have a dedicated work ethic and strong attention to detail - Comfortable working remotely and independently - High school diploma or equivalent required
