Job Description:
Philip Morris International is seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance for the right candidate. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to achieve performance targets and goals. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels. 3. Monitor call center metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and coach call center agents to enhance their performance and skills. 5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on call center operations and performance.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams. 4. Strong planning and communication skills. 5. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals. 6. Proficiency in call center software and technology. 7. Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
