Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


World Fuel Services is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of remote call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement call center strategies to achieve or exceed performance metrics. 3. Monitor call center performance through data analysis and reporting, making adjustments as necessary to optimize operations. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination within the organization. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, seeking resolutions in a timely and effective manner. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve call center operations.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and reliable personality traits to effectively lead and motivate a remote team. 2. Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality customer interactions. 3. Previous experience in a call center management role preferred. 4. Strong communication and leadership skills. 5. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
