Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cincinnati Financial is seeking a passionate and confident Call Center Officer to join our remote team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries - Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services - Researching customer issues and providing accurate information or solutions - Managing time effectively to handle a high volume of calls efficiently - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Following company guidelines and protocols for handling calls and data management - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong research skills to efficiently resolve customer inquiries - Excellent time management skills to handle a high volume of calls - Passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Must have access to a quiet and secure workspace with a reliable internet connection
