Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nike is seeking a motivated and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide product information, resolve complaints, and answer inquiries - Utilizing CRM systems to update customer information and maintain accurate records of interactions - Following communication scripts to ensure consistency in customer service - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting individual and team performance targets set by management - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner - Ability to make effective decisions and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Experience working in a call center or customer service role preferred - Must be self-motivated and able to work independently - Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for customer management - High school diploma or equivalent required
