Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking a motivated and driven Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work capacity. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their problems - Utilize scripts and resources to answer customer questions and provide accurate information - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records of customer interactions - Meet and exceed performance goals for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Must be driven and motivated to succeed in a remote work environment - Demonstrated ability in people management and decision-making
