National Oilwell Varco is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Specialist in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of 3 years of experience. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to support our customers with their queries and concerns.

**Responsibilities:** 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Updating customer records and information accurately. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meeting targets and goals set by the company. 7. Continuously improving knowledge of company products and services. 8. Utilizing project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 9. Making decisions independently to resolve customer issues effectively.

**Requirements:** 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations. 4. Resilient and hardworking attitude to deal with challenging customers. 5. Strong project management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively. 6. Proficient decision-making skills to resolve customer issues promptly. 7. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 8. Ability to work part-time hours as required.
