Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at W.W. Grainger, a leading industrial supply company. This is a remote work position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat platforms. 2. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and hardworking individual who can handle high-stress situations. 2. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Experience in a customer service role is preferred. 5. Proficient in using chat support platforms and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
