Job Description:
Nordstrom is seeking a dedicated and resilient Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via chat to answer questions, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to upsell products and increase customer satisfaction. 3. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer service and support. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements. 7. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 8. Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with chat support platforms. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Resilience in handling challenging situations. 8. Persuasion skills to upsell products and services.
