Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Valero Energy is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Officer for remote work based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work with a leading energy company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and technical support via chat to customers with inquiries, issues, or feedback regarding Valero Energy products and services. 2. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to identify and resolve their concerns in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written English. 2. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required. 6. Cooperates well with team members and demonstrates leadership qualities. 7. Visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
