Huntsman, a leading company in Adelaide, South Australia, is seeking a motivated and confident Chat Support Officer to join our remote team. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints related to products and services. 3. Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable individual with strong communication skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent presentation and planning skills. 4. Comfortable working remotely and using chat support software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
