Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

AutoNation is seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Relations Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This part-time position is perfect for an individual who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status and progress - Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure client needs are met - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Develop strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant information and solutions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities - Innovative mindset to continuously improve processes and client experiences - Hardworking attitude with a dedication to providing excellent customer service - Passion for building and maintaining relationships with clients
