Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Associate at Priceline Group, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This is a remote work position based in Perth, Western Australia, with a part-time schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Manage client accounts and ensure all client communications are documented accurately - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients - Regularly update clients on the progress of their projects and address any issues that may arise - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continually improve our services

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual with strong attention to detail - Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
