Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is looking for a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team. This position will be a remote work opportunity based in Perth, Western Australia. We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of experience at the associate level.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively - Conduct in-depth research on client industries, markets, and competitors to provide strategic insights and support - Develop and implement client communication strategies to enhance engagement and foster long-term partnerships - Assist in the development of client proposals, presentations, and reports - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth - Monitor client accounts and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong research and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
