Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

EOG Resources is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with outstanding customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the team - Meet regularly with clients to review performance and discuss future needs - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Passion for building strong relationships with clients - Resilient attitude and ability to adapt to change - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
