Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Fortescue Future Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting. As the Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and strengthen our partnerships.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are completed on time - Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts - Analyze client feedback and data to continuously improve services and offerings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Provide regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction to senior management
