Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Loews, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups - Understand each client's needs and requirements and work with internal teams to meet and exceed expectations - Address any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and loyalty - Prepare and present reports on client interactions, sales, and forecasts - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relations processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Strong research and project management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus
