Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, and requires a senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. 2. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients. 4. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to continuously improve the client experience and drive customer success. 6. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance metrics and discuss upcoming projects or initiatives. 7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to clients. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client metrics, trends, and opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in a B2B environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems independently. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Experience working in a remote environment is preferred. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
