Job Description:
Phillips 66 is looking for a motivated Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with our clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is ideal for someone with 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field, who is resourceful, adaptable, and possesses excellent time management and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Develop and oversee client communication plans, including newsletters, surveys, and feedback mechanisms - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in client relations - Provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and retention metrics
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
