Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

NVR is seeking a motivated and driven Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely from Melbourne, Victoria, AU, providing support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an entry-level role, no specific experience is required, however, the ideal candidate will possess one year of relevant experience and demonstrate a passion for client service.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with enquiries, issues, and requests through various communication channels - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and resolution of client concerns - Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and updating client information - Participate in training sessions to develop a strong understanding of company products and services - Contribute new ideas and feedback to improve the client service experience - Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and independently manage workload - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management tools - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
