Job Description:
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Assistant in a remote work capacity in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across various channels of communication.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account management and order processing. 3. Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing accurate information and assistance. 4. Prepare reports and analysis on client feedback and trends. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 6. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives by participating in volunteer events and charitable activities.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Independent and self-motivated with a strong passion for delivering excellent service. 3. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote work setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, further education or certification is a plus.
