Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dollar Tree is seeking a motivated and driven Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Sydney, New South Wales, AU.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team - Maintain accurate client records and update information in the database - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better serve clients - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Driven and motivated personality traits - People management skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
