Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Mosaic is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or client management.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels. 2. Assist in client onboarding and account management processes. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. 4. Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. 6. Assist in creating reports and presentations for client meetings. 7. Support the Client Service Manager in various administrative tasks and projects.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer service or client management. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
